We harvest swallow nests originating from our swallow houses located in various regions of Indonesia, of which come from the interior of Kalimantan and Sulawesi. Each raw material is labeled as a process of tracebility requirements. , so that we can know specifically which packaged products come from which swallow houses. At present the company has a production capacity of between 10 ton to 20 ton / year. To expand that capacity, we continue to develop new swallow houses.
Our processing plants are located in North Jakarta and West Jakarta. The factories are designed to use professional consultants to ensure processes that are efficient, safe, and hygienic and are suitable for processing swiftlet nests.
We maintain hygiene in various ways, including sterilization of equipment, as well as clothing used by production staff, use of RO water for washing processes, steam processes to kill the possibility of microbes before packaging, and use foodgrade standardized packaging.
Our factory also has a special laboratory that we use to carry out quality control, one of which is by testing nitrite content as permitted. We do this testing process for each batch of production, both from the material standard entry until before packaging.
The company has approximately 400 employees, of which some are workers in the factory. In order to obtain the best quality, we recruit employees who have experience in the swallow's nest industry plus refresher training that is conducted every few months. once to ensure hygiene, in addition to maintaining factory cleanliness, every employee is also required to pass a medical examination.
